Fresh Turkey Storage & Handling

Important: Your turkey is fresh and must be properly refrigerated immediately after pickup.

Please follow the provided refrigeration and cold-storage instructions to ensure your turkey is stored safely and remains fresh until preparation.

You can store your Fresh Turkey in the refrigerator safely upon receipt for up to 5 days. If you will not be cooking your Turkey in that time frame, immediately place in freezer to arrest aging. The turkey will be good for 6 months in the freezer, be aware the quality of the meat will start to degrade after 6 months time. Hinck's Turkeys have no preservatives or additives, so please adhere to the time windows.
