What's New at Hinck's

May we suggest a whole rotisserie roasted pig for your next event. Available 25 lb. to 40 lb. (before cooking weight)   @ Market Price.  A 25 lb. Pig will serve approximately 20 people.    Please order at least on week in advance.  Weights will vary.  

Another new item is Turducken Breast.  It’s a boneless Chicken Breast, in a boneless Duck Breast in a boneless Turkey Breast with Jambalaya Stuffing between each layer.

Great when served with our spicy Creole Sauce or Turkey Gravy.  Turduckens run 6 lb. to 8 lb. and can be ordered fresh (uncooked), or rotisserie roasted
