Custom Slicing Charges: In order to have your turkey sliced, it must be cooked one day in advance and refrigerated over-night. Our sliced turkeys should be served cold. $16.00 per item charge for slicing.        (We do not recommend re-heating)

                                                      Hickory Smoked Products

Our smoked products are done the old-fashioned way for an  old-fashioned Hickory Smoked Flavor. Our process includes brining for up to 72-hours, with all natural ingredients, followed by smoking of the meat slowly for deep smoke flavor. All smoking is done with choice        hickory wood.
