Custom Slicing Charges: In order to have your turkey sliced, it must be cooked one day in advance and refrigerated over-night. Our sliced turkeys should be served cold. $18.00 per item charge for slicing.        (We do not recommend re-heating)

Our meats are cooked in an old-fashioned open flame rotisserie oven, which provides constant basting. Our seasoning and continuous attention allows our famous poultry and beef to be cooked to the perfection you have come to expect. Prices reflect whole ham or beef purchases.
